About Lollygoat design

Hi there, I’m Lara Johnson, the artist behind Lollygoat Design, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Surface Pattern Designer, Illustrator and crafter living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am inspired by the beauty of nature, and by the interesting treasures that I have collected throughout my life.

I have been creating art ever since I could hold a crayon, but it wasn’t until I discovered Surface Pattern Design and digital illustration that I found my true calling. I love mixing traditional art techniques like watercolor, sketching, photography and block printing with digital techniques and storytelling to create truly unique artwork. I’m excited to share in this creative adventure with you!
